Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using Sooda, including acceptable use, ownership, and service expectations. This is a product-facing legal page draft and should be reviewed with legal counsel before final publication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sooda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
Sooda is intended to help businesses manage inventory, sales, storefront operations, and related workflows. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
3. Accounts and Access
If account-based access is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
4. Business Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload or create in Sooda, including inventory records, sales entries, product information, and storefront content. You grant Sooda the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to operate the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sooda to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful code, abuse the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
6. Availability and Changes
Sooda may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All Sooda branding, software, layouts, graphics, and platform materials remain the property of Sooda or its licensors, except for the data and content that belong to you.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Sooda is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sooda disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent allowed by law, Sooda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
Sooda may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates security or legal risk, or if the service is being discontinued. You may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When that happens, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Sooda after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
